sneak-a-peek is a Cumbria-based company offering property marketing in the form of 3D virtual reality tours and schematic floor plans.
Here at sneak-a-peek we create 3D models of existing spaces by collating images and data captured on site using Matterport technology. These 3D models work seamlessly across multiple devices (phones/tablets/desktop) and are also compatible with Samsung GearVR and Google Cardboard.
Each captured space gives your customer the flexibility to move around the property to get an accurate reflection of what the place is actually like. Matterport Spaces aren’t like your traditional virtual tour - they are a next generation immersive 3D presentation that invites you to explore a place as if you were really there.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This way of presenting property is ideal for estate agents, letting agents, holiday rentals, wedding venues and hotels. This enables screen rich and time poor individuals to experience multiple properties without having to physically visit them all.
THE PROCESS
BEFORE
To ensure the best possible tour, we advise that you do the following:
declutter all areas, clean and make beautiful your property
check all indoor lighting, making sure natural light is available where possible
move any personal or sensitive items out of sight to somewhere safe
DURING
To give you the best results for your tour, we will do the following:
straighten furniture and soft furnishings where we can to provide good images
plan a route within the property to ensure seamless viewing
scan the property from point to point capturing all important details
AFTER
Back at the office and as soon as possible, we will do the following:
process and edit your scans so your 3D VR tour can be ready to view
send you a short HTML link and unique website embed code via email
you can now share your tour on social media, email, text message and website!
